In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or a defective product please contact us at our email address or by phone so we can correct the problem. At your request either a full refund or replacement of goods or parts will be made within 30 days.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt or delivery of any product from Cressman Consultants Limited and its subsidiaries or affiliates; Polylabel.com and Aquagoggles.com.

Delivery

Subject to product availability, your product will be shipped within two working days. For US Customers we courier all packages into Buffalo, NY, where they then enter the US Postal Services as first class mail.  This is to avoid delays for customs security inspections.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or a defective product please contact us at our email address or by phone so we can correct the problem. Within 30 days of your purchase either a full refund or replacement of goods or parts will be made.

Warranty

We make every effort to see that products are of high quality and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Our internet pricing is aggressive and does not allow us to offer extended warranty. Certainly any problem developing within 30 days will be corrected by us. Product problems after this initial 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis with free replacement parts made on a goodwill basis if at all. Repair or replacement parts are always available at reasonable prices.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Cressman Consultants Limited, Polylabel.com and Aquagoggles.com shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Cressman Consultants Limited, Polylabel.com or Aquagoggles.com shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

These goggles are designed for use in recreational swimming and not for contact sports, diving , waterslides or for correcting vision while operating any kind of vehicle!

Jurisdiction for handling disputes arising out of or in connection with our sale of goods.

In all cases disputes arising out of our sale of goods and the use to which they are put by the consumer/customer will be governed by Canadian Law and the Courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these rights.
