*Packages delivered by USPS now seem to be taking the standard 4-5 business days for regular (small packet air) mail.
It’s never fun when something beyond our control goes wrong. Currently, our packages to the US are taking about double the time estimated for delivery that USPS gives us (4-5 business days). We understand that this is incredibly frustrating. It’s one of the reasons we no longer charge for regular shipping.
If you opt for the upgraded expedited shipping, both tracking and customer feedback indicates that it is getting delivered in the expected timeframe still. (3-4 business days with tracking)
While we believe the issue will sort itself out (it’s happened before unfortunately), we wanted to let our customers know about possible issues up front.
